He may not be able to tell that the other man is doing anything suspicious, but he is a tad self-conscious of the way he's being looked at right now, while Aunamee's touching his face and not saying anything. He has to suppress the desire to shove them away, or the old habit of covering his right eye, the glass one that reflects nothing.
